As all our outfits are made to order we do not offer a refund or exchange unless you have received an incorrect outfit in line with what you ordered or the outfit is damaged. Please note we do not offer a refund or exchange if you have ordered an incorrect size. All our outfits fit true to size but if you are unsure please refer to our sizing chart for guidance prior to placing your order.
